Cookie settings
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which ones we use and how you can control them.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
We use cookies in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
What this site currently uses
This website uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not currently run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party marketing tags are loaded on any page. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to accept or reject — there is nothing to consent to.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| hexyl_session | Keeps your session working as you move between pages, and secures forms you submit. | End of session (8 hours) |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Security. Protects forms on this site against cross-site request forgery. | End of session (8 hours) |
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under PECR, because the site cannot function securely without them. They contain no advertising identifiers and are not shared with third parties.
If this changes
If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, we will publish a consent banner and list each cookie, its provider and its duration here before any such cookie is set. We will not set a non-essential cookie on your device without asking first.
Third-party content
Some pages link out to third-party services such as Google Maps or Google reviews. Following those links takes you to sites with their own cookies and privacy policies, which we do not control. We do not embed third-party trackers on our own pages.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this website working, including our enquiry form.
