The days of summer are approaching! Time flies when you have lots of changes to make before hitting the beach this summer. Start with these great tips right now, so summer won’t catch you off guard with your winter habits of not shaving, spending hours watching Netflix and eating all of the desserts!

  1. Start exercising now!

By now many of us have given up on the New Year’s Resolution. The new gym memberships, exercise equipment and fitness plans are starting to gather dust as motivation ebbs as each month goes by. The thing about exercise is the more you do it, the more changes happen to your body. Just exercising for a week will not cut it. The sooner you start exercising the more prepared you’ll be when it comes time to hit the beach this summer. So drop and give me 20 right now!
