Surgeon

Dr. Travia is an Italian Doctor of Medicine with a special interest in Aesthetic Medicine and Surgical Procedures, currently enrolled in a well-known Private Hospital in Rome.

He is fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and meets the requirements for practising in the UK.

Dr. Travia obtained his Master Degree in Medicine and Surgery, First-class honours, in 2001 at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

He went onto receive his Italian Medical Licence and practiced for five years in the Department of Plastic Surgery – Burns Unit – of S. Eugenio Hospital in Rome and within several private clinics. Dr Travia has attended several courses on various modern operative techniques, surgical anatomy, facial surgery and non-surgical treatments.

In the last eight years he has been performing on a regular basis surgical and non-surgical procedures in which he is a leading expert as well as a skilled trainer. During the last three years he has been working as a Cosmetic Surgeon within the Salvator Mundi International Hospital in Rome.

Dr. Travia is a member of affiliated societies and bodies and has given lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students. His dedication to his profession and patients is evident as clearly shown by his clinical experience and continuous attendance to seminars and conferences.
